The primary focus of the compound revolves around five key pillars: mobility, speed, agility, strength, and endurance. These pillars represent the core aspects of physical fitness that the facility aims to enhance.
The training program at the compound is structured to cater to a variety of fitness levels and goals. It involves three progressions or stages that participants can go through to gradually improve their fitness:
Level 1
Stability/Strength Endurance: In this initial stage, the emphasis is on building a solid foundation of stability and strength endurance. The workouts might include exercises that target core stability, balance, and muscular endurance. Participants typically use body weight and perform higher repetitions to improve their overall stability and muscular endurance.
Level 2
Muscular Development/Mass Strength: Once a sufficient level of stability and strength endurance is achieved, participants move on to the next stage where the focus shifts towards muscular development and increasing overall strength. During this progression, individuals may start incorporating heavier weights and lower repetitions into their training regimen. The workouts will specifically target different muscle groups to promote muscle growth and increase overall strength.
Level 3
Power: Finally, after building a solid foundation of stability, strength, and muscle development, participants advance to the power stage. This phase aims to enhance explosive power, speed, and agility. Workouts during this progression may involve dynamic exercises, such as plyometrics and high-intensity interval training (HIIT), to improve power output and overall athletic performance.
